SC Summons Centre over Turf War with Delhi Govt. - 16.05.2016

SC has taken cognizance of Delhi Government’s suit under Article 131 of the Constitution and issued summons to the Centre. Delhi Government had moved the Supreme Court on April 27 and urged it to intervene in turf war between Centre and AAP Government, as it was causing ‘undue hardship’ to citizens.
