SC in Krishna Janmabhoomi Demolition Drive Case: Can’t Decide Title of Property - 29.08.2023

Supreme Court while disposing petition against the demolition drive carried out by railway authorities near the Krishna Janmabhoomi in Mathura, has stated that parallel proceedings could not be run along with civil court since Supreme Court can’t decide the issue concerning title of the property.
