Bombay HC Rules, It’s a Father’s Obligation to Ensure Comfort of Child - 16.05.2016

Bombay HC, while upholding an order of family court increasing child’s maintenance amount payable by the father, has said a father had an obligation to see that his child lived in the same comfort that he would have had if he was living with him.
