Uttarakhand HC: Anticipatory Bail Pleas Allowed for Category A Offences as per Satender Antil Case - 28.08.2023

Uttarakhand High Court has by 2:1 majority held that Satender Kumar Antil v. CBI (MANU/SC/0851/2022
) doesn’t mention that anticipatory bail applications shall not be entertained for offences falling under category ‘A’.
