SC: Employer Can’t Cite Suppression of Material Facts to Deny Appointment When Query Asked was Vague - 28.08.2023

Supreme Court has held that when the information sought by employer was vague and the candidate didn’t specifically disclose information which was required to be furnished, action can’t be taken against him on basis of suppression as to a fact which was not even asked for.
