SC: Test Identification Parade Does Not Violate Article 20(3) Of Constitution - 25.08.2023

Supreme Court while observing that conduct of Test Identification Parade (TIP) is not violative of Article 20(3) of the Constitution, has held that accused cannot resist subjecting himself to the TIP on the ground that he cannot be forced or coerced for the same.
