SC Transfers CBI Cases Related to Sexual Violence Cases During Manipur Ethnic Violence, to Assam - 25.08.2023

Supreme Court has transferred sexual violence cases related to Manipur ethnic violence, which had been transferred to CBI, to Assam due to overall security concerns and need for ensuring a fair process of criminal justice administration.
