SC: Strong Evidence Required for Quashing Cheque Case Against Firm's Partner - 25.08.2023

Supreme Court has held that powers under Section 482 of CrPC to quash cheque case against firm's partner can be exercised by High Court in case when it comes across unimpeachable and incontrovertible evidence to indicate that partner of firm didn’t have any concern with the issuance of cheques.
