SC Allows Union Govt. to Notify ‘Central Empowered Committee’ as Permanent Body - 23.08.2023

Supreme Court has allowed Central Government to notify the Central Empowered Committee (CEC) constituted by the Supreme Court for overseeing matters related to forests as a permanent body.
