JKL HC: Can’t Entertain WP on Ground of Mistake of Law/Facts Unless There is Miscarriage of Justice - 23.08.2023

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that petition under Article 227 of the Constitution cannot be moved merely on ground of mistake of fact or law unless there is manifest miscarriage of justice.
