SC: Student Can’t Vacate Seat Under All India Quota After the Second Round of Counselling - 23.08.2023

Supreme Court while referring to Dar-Us-Slam Educational Trust v Medical Council of India (MANU/SCOR/22417/2017), observed that after the 2nd round of counselling in NEET for All India Quota (AIQ) seats, students who take admission in AIQ seats should not be allowed/permitted to vacate the seats.
