Del. HC Upholds Acquittal of Man Accused of Having Physical Relationship With Minor Wife - 22.08.2023

Delhi High Court while upholding acquittal of a Muslim man accused of having physical relationship with minor wife aged about 15 years, has observed that since the wife is of 15 years of age, the physical relationship can’t be termed as rape.
