SC Refuses to Interfere With HC Order Against S.Ve Sheker for his Remarks Against Women Journalists - 22.08.2023

Supreme Court has refused to entertain appeal against Madras High Court’s order against actor and politician S.Ve Sheker for his derogatory remarks against women journalists. High Court had ruled that a person who sends/forwards a message on social media should be made liable for its contents.
