Del. HC to MCD: Ensure No Illegal Dumping of Electrical, Plastic and Medical Garbage in Delhi - 21.08.2023

Delhi High Court has directed MCD to ensure that there is no illegal dumping of electrical, plastic and medical garbage in Delhi, and also to take appropriate action against all the defaulting units under Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957.
