AP HC: Second Wife who is Not Legally Wedded Wife Entitled to Service Benefits of Deceased Husband - 21.08.2023

Andhra Pradesh High Court has held that second wife who did not acquire the status of wife, for the marriage having been contracted during the subsistence of the first marriage, is entitled for protection for the service and terminal benefits and service claims of the deceased husband.
