SC: Can’t Expect Witness to Give Graphic Details of Overt Acts of Each Accused - 21.08.2023

Supreme Court has held that in a case involving Section 149 of the IPC one cannot expect a witness to speak with graphic detail about the specific overt act that can be attributed to each of the accused.
