Delhi HC to Police: Before Holding Any Such Function, Proper Police Force is Made Available - 18.08.2023

Delhi High Court while observing that it is the responsibility of the police to ensure safety and security of the students when functions/fests take place in any college or institution, has directed Delhi Police to ensure that before holding any such function, proper police force is made available.
