Kar. HC: Tenure of the Chairman of Haj Committee is Coterminous With That of His Membership - 16.08.2023

Karnataka High Court while dealing with plea seeking extension of tenure of Chairman and members of the Haj Committee has held that the tenure of the Chairman is coterminous with that of his membership and once he ceases to be a member, his Chairmanship also stands determined.
