Del HC: Absence of Injuries on Private Parts Doesn’t Establish Absence of Penetrative Sexual Assault - 16.08.2023

Delhi High Court has held that mere absence of injuries on private parts of the POCSO victim cannot be a ground to hold that penetrative sexual assault did not take place.
