Kar. HC: Minimum Sentence U/S 135 of Electricity Act Can’t be Less Than 3 Times the Financial Gain - 14.08.2023

Karnataka High Court has observed that minimum sentence under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for the first conviction cannot be less than three times the financial gain.
