SC Issues Direction for Court’s Security Amid Recent Gun Firing Incidents in the Court in Delhi - 14.08.2023

Supreme Court has issues directions to ensure safety within court premises in light of the recent incidents of gun firing within court premises in Delhi and observed that such incidents pose significant risks to safety of not only judges but lawyers, court staff, litigants and the general public.
