SC: Person Receiving Information of Crime or Detecting the Occurrence, Can Investigate the Same - 14.08.2023

Supreme Court while upholding a conviction under Kerala Abkari Act has held that merely because person receiving the information of the crime or detecting the occurrence thereof, is investigate the same, such an investigation cannot be said to be bad in law.
