SC: If Frivolous Litigations by the Union is Curtailed, 70% of Court’s Role Would be Reduced - 14.08.2023

Supreme Court has observed that if the Union of India decides, 70 percent of litigation can be curtailed if so many frivolous litigations by the union as well as most of the state governments are cut down. This will reduce 70 percent of the role of this court.
