SC: Right to Education Includes Quality Education - 14.08.2023

Supreme Court while upholding Rajasthan High Court’s decision that made B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree holders ineligible for appointment to the post of primary school teachers, has observed that Right to Education under Article 21A included quality education.
