SC: FIR Sought to be Quashed on Ground of Personal Vengeance Must be Looked into More Closely - 11.08.2023

Supreme Court has held that when the accused seeks for quashing of FIR on the ground that the same is based on ulterior motive for wreaking personal vengeance, then in such circumstances the Court owes a duty to look into the FIR with care and a little more closely.
