Ker. HC to State: Propose Steps to Ensure Children are Not Forced to Perform 'Theyyam' Ritual Dance - 10.08.2023

Kerala High Court while observing that selecting children as performers is violative of their fundamental rights, against their best interests, has directed State to take concrete steps to ensure that children wouldn’t be compelled to perform 'Theyyam' ritual dance.
