Cal. HC: Mental Cruelty Can’t Have Uniform Standard in Matrimonial Cases - 08.08.2023

Calcutta High Court while observing that Mental cruelty is a state of mind and such feeling and intensity are felt differently by each person, has observed that it is impossible to have a uniform standard to decide ‘mental cruelty’ in different cases as facts and circumstances are not same.
