Mad. HC: CCI has Jurisdiction Over Pleas Filed Against Google's New User Choice Billing System - 08.08.2023

Madras High Court while dismissing majority of pleas filed by Indian startups against Google's new user choice billing system, has observed that the matter falls within the jurisdiction of the Competition Commission of India.
