P&H HC Stays Demolition Drive in Nuh until Further Orders - 08.08.2023

Punjab & Haryana High Court in its suo moto action, has stayed the ongoing demolition drive in Nuh until further orders, after it had come to the notice of the Court that the State is demolishing buildings without any prior notice on account of the fact that riots have occurred in Gurugram & Nuh.
