SC Appoints Justice Jayant Nath as Chairperson of DERC - 07.08.2023

Supreme Court following the stalemate between Delhi Government and LG over the appointment of Chairperson of Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC), has appointed former Delhi High Court judge, Justice Jayant Nath as the Chairperson of DERC on a pro-tem basis.
