Ker. HC: Can’t Extend Presumption U/S 114(a) IEA in Absence of Incriminating Circumstances - 04.08.2023

Kerala High Court has held that in case where there is absence of any incriminating circumstances, Court can’t extend the presumption under Section 114(a) of the Indian Evidence Act (IEA) to hold the accused guilty of the offence of murder.
