Ker HC: Party Can’t Take Defence of Defective Title Once it Enters into Agreement to Convey Property - 04.08.2023

Kerala High Court has observed that once a party enters into an agreement to convey the property, it is not open for them to defend the claim for specific performance contending that he does not have a conveyable title.
