SC: Not Mandatory to File Accident Claim Before MACT of Area Where Accident Occurred - 04.08.2023

Supreme Court while observing that it is not mandatory to file motor accident claims before MACT having jurisdiction over area where accident occurred, has held that Claimants can approach MACT within the local limits of whose jurisdiction they reside or carry on business or the defendant resides.
