Cal. HC to State: Finalize Minimum Wage for Tea Plantation Workers in 6 Months - 03.08.2023

Calcutta High Court while upholding the advisory dated 27th April 2023, issued by State Labour Commissioner hiking interim minimum wage for tea plantation workers, has directed the State to finalize the minimum wage settlement for such workers within a period of six months.
