SC: Absolute Breakdown of Constitutional Machinery of State in Manipur - 02.08.2023

Supreme Court while observing that the investigation by Manipur police in relation to the ethnic violence has been tardy due to considerable lapse between the occurrences and action taken, has stated that here is absolute breakdown of law and order and machinery of the State.
