SC to CBI in Manipur Sexual Violence Case: Refrain from Recording Survivor’s Statements Survivors - 01.08.2023

Supreme Court has directed Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to refrain from taking statements of the survivors of the Manipur sexual violence case since the Court is scheduled to hear the case at 2 PM today.
