Ker. HC: Multiplier Method for Compensation Applicable to Cases of Serious Injuries - 01.08.2023

Kerala High Court has held that the multiplier method as laid down in Sarla Verma v. Delhi Transport Corporation (MANU/SC/0606/2009
) by the Apex Court, shall be applicable not only in the cases of motor accident deaths but also to serious injuries.
