Cal. HC: Transfer of School Teachers Doesn’t Violate Right to Life and Dignity - 31.07.2023

Calcutta High Court while upholding the constitutional validity of Section 10C of the West Bengal School Service Commission Act, 1997 which enables transfer of a teacher from one school to another, has observed that such a transfer does not affect the right to life and dignity.
