Kar. HC: Non-furnishing of Data by a Company Impacts Planning of the Economic Policies of Nation - 31.07.2023

Karnataka High Court while dismissing plea filed by a company to quash proceedings under Collection of Statistics Act, 2008 for non-furnishing of data, has observed that though non-furnishing of data may seem to be a trivial offence but it impacts the planning of economic policies of a nation.
