SC: Court Can’t Suspend License of Doctor as Penalty in Contempt Proceedings - 31.07.2023

Supreme Court while observing that Courts must not be hypersensitive or swung by emotions but must act judiciously while exercising contempt jurisdiction, has held that license of a medical practitioner cannot be suspended as a penalty in contempt proceedings.
