Guj. HC: Duty of Press to Delete News Article Related to Case After FIR has been Quashed - 28.07.2023

Gujarat High Court while observing that if article which shows that a criminal case is lodged against a person is visible to the public, anyone may read that article only and may not read the subsequent article, has stated that once FIR has been quashed, Press should delete those articles.
