Del. HC Imposes Cost on Restaurants Assoc. for Not Complying With Order on Service Charge - 28.07.2023

Delhi High Court while providing last opportunity to Restaurant Associations for filing affidavits in compliance of the order on Service Charge, has imposed costs of ?1 lakh each on them for failing to comply with its directions on the issue of service charge.
