Delhi HC Rules in Favor of Prestige in ‘Pressure Handi Cookers’ Design Piracy Case - 28.07.2023

Delhi High Court has ruled in favor of Prestige in the design piracy case against Delhi-based manufacturer, Gupta Light House and held that the design of the respondent was imitative of Prestige’s “Pressure Handi Cookers”.
