Tel. HC Holds 2018 Assembly Election of BRS MLA Vanama Venkateswara as Void - 27.07.2023

Telangana High Court has declared the 2018 assembly election of BRS MLA Vanama Venkateswara Rao from Kothagudem as void. It has also fined him Rs. 5 Lakh for submitting a false affidavit while filing nomination papers before the Returning Officer.
