Guj. HC to Ahmedabad Traffic Police: Traffic Perpetrators have no Fear of Law - 26.07.2023

Gujarat High Court while observing that perpetrators have no fear of law and that police don't have the spine to implement the laws, has stated that there is a need to first develop a mechanism so that people, before breaching laws, are scared that they will be subjected to some punishment.
