SC: Bail Condition Must be in Line With Socio-Economic Background of the Accused - 26.07.2023

Supreme Court has observed that courts should impose realistic bail conditions after considering the economic and social position of the undertrial prisons or else the act of grant of bail does not subserve its purpose.
