Bombay HC: It Is AO’s Duty to Adjust Unabsorbed Depreciation - 25.07.2023

Bombay HC while quashing the reassessment order has observed that the Assessing Officer (AO) has no jurisdiction to reopen the assessment as he had in his possession all the primary facts and it was for him to draw a proper inference regarding adjustment of brought forward unabsorbed depreciation.
