Del. HC Dismisses Plea Challenging Exemption Given to Vinesh Phogat, Bajrang Punia - 24.07.2023

Delhi High Court has dismissed plea filed against exemption granted to Vinesh Phogat and Bajrang Punia for Asian Games trials, has held that decision taken by the ad-hoc Committee to grant exemption to avoid injuries during the trials can’t be said to be arbitrary or perverse.
