Orissa HC: Maternity Leave Can’t Simply be Denied on Technical Grounds - 24.07.2023

Orissa High Court has held that maternity leave is the inherent right of every woman employee which cannot simply be denied on technical grounds and any such denial would offend her fundamental right to life guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution.
