Kerala HC: No Anticipatory Bail for Offences Under UAPA - 24.07.2023

Kerala High Court while observing that the exclusion of the application of Section 438 of CrPC to any case involving any person accused of having committed an offence punishable under the UAPA is absolute, has held that anticipatory bail can’t be granted to accused under any circumstance whatsoever.
